For a no show you will be charged the full cost of the time you have reserved (eg. 30 minute appointment - $75.00). Payment of no show fees will be required before any future appointments are made via Zelle or Venmo.

 

I consider you and your time very valuable, therefore, when you have an appointment scheduled I will be on time to work on you. It is important to show up for your appointment and be on time. Please call or text if you are running late.

 

• 24 hours notice for a cancelation/rescheduling for a 15, 30, 45 & 60 minute appointment is required. 

• 48 hours notice for 1.5 & 2 hour cancelation or rescheduling is required.

• Clients who cancel after the 24 hour window/same day will be charged $50.00 due before next scheduled appointment via Zelle or Venmo.

• Clients who cancel after the 48 hour window/same day will be charged $100.00 due before next scheduled appointment via Zelle, or Venmo.

• Late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled and may not be able to extend your appointment.

• Clients who are continually late may have treatment services terminated at the sole discretion of the Electrologist.

 

The intention of this policy is to better serve, and to provide a personalized experience.

 

This policy is standard amongst practicing Electrologists.
