CANCELLATION & ILLNESS POLICY
APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling so that appointment times may be offered to other clients.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
• Appointments of 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Appointments of 90 minutes or longer require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
LATE CANCELLATION FEES
The following fees apply when an appointment is canceled outside the required notice period:
• 15-minute appointment: $25
• 30, 45, or 60-minute appointment: $50
• 90-minute or longer appointment: $100
Late cancellation fees must be paid before future appointments may be scheduled and may be charged to the card on file.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full cost of the reserved appointment time.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment session to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Clients are responsible for the full cost of the originally scheduled appointment time.
ILLNESS POLICY
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including fever, active cold symptoms, flu-like symptoms, vomiting, or any potentially contagious condition, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
For the health and safety of all clients, appointments may be rescheduled if signs of illness are present upon arrival.
REPEATED MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Confidence Lab Electrolysis reserves the right to refuse future bookings or discontinue services for clients who repeatedly miss appointments, arrive late, cancel without adequate notice, or fail to comply with scheduling policies.
